Offerings include live streamed classes in spin, circuit, pilates, barre, and yoga, as well as an online subscription option to a library of pre-recorded class content. Barre at CHRCH is a unique combination of dance, yoga, and Pilates in one fluid movement sequence. Equipment can range from a ballet barre, resistance bands, light hand weights, to a small exercise ball. Movements can be small, repeated holds and pulses to tone, or be bigger dance grooves to add cardio, all while emphasizing form, alignment, and core engagement, so that you leave class feeling supported, sweaty and stronger.

Spin at CHRCH is a group indoor cycling experience. Driven by the beat of the music and grounded in intimate lighting, we emphasize high endurance, high intensity, strength based, low impact interval training on a stationary bike. The setup of the room is meant to elicit a feeling of connectedness and moving together as a group, in a shared experience. Everyone is welcome and is free to choose the spot in the room that feels best for them. Each rider should feel in control of their own body and experience, leave class feeling supported, sweaty and stronger.
